Hi I'm Miriam Stewart,

Creator of Unity Healings. A sacred space

for you to slow down, soften, release what you’ve been carrying, & reconnect with

your body, soul & inner knowing.

I am a healing facilitator who has devoted over ten years of studying, practicing, & holding healing spaces for others in a 1:1 & group setting.

I'm here to support you on your healing journey through Somatic energy therapy, Breathwork, Reiki infused massage, & other embodied practices.

Creating a safe, nurturing space for your nervous system to settle, your energy to be revitalised, & your own wisdom to come forward.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, holding tension or pain, stuck in old patterns, or simply feeling called to go deeper, you’re welcome here.
