Breathwork Journey
Receive a 1:1 guided journey through the power of your breath, tapping into your wairua spirit through the wave-like rhythm of breathing. This is for you if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected from yourself, or simply feeling called to go deeper, & you’re ready to create space for more clarity, connection & aliveness. I offer intuitive energy healing throughout the session, supporting areas of the body to soften & open, allowing your breath to move more freely & coherently through your body. Breathwork can support nervous system regulation, helping you move out of fight-or-flight, release stress, tension, & reconnect with your body, heart, spirit & soul. Expect to receive clarity, feel energetically cleansed, & reconnect with your wholeness. Your breath journey can be experienced in person or online. Please specify your preference when booking.
Somatic Energy Therapy
Somatic Energy Therapy is for you if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from yourself, carrying tension or emotional weight, or noticing old patterns that you’re ready to shift. It’s a blend of energy healing, soul coaching, & belief inquiry, supporting you to release pain, tension, overwhelm, & limiting patterns held within the body-mind & energetic field. Through gentle energy work we tune into sensations, energy, & inner knowing — noticing where there is flow & where there may be blocks. Together, we explore the deeper roots of limiting beliefs held within the body-mind consciousness, bringing clarity, clearing old energy, & reconnecting you with the needs beneath them. Leave feeling lighter, more open to life, clearer, grounded, & more connected to yourself. Followed by an optional soothing & relaxing face, scalp, & neck massage, which comes with additional time & cost. Somatic energy therapy can also be held online.
Heavenly Healing
A potent, deeply nourishing 2.5-hour healing journey for when you’re craving space to slow down, soften, release & be deeply cared for. Perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, depleted, disconnected from your body, carrying tension, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, your energy & your inner wisdom. This deeply immersive experience weaves together the heart-opening medicine of Cacao, Breathwork, Somatic Energy Therapy, & a blissful hand, foot, scalp, neck & face massage. A space to soften, release & go deeper — receiving the nourishment of being held, supported & cared for. Leave feeling embodied, lighter, replenished, regulated, centred, & connected. You’ll also take home your choice of a lovingly handmade, Reiki-infused perfume roller, created by me as a beautiful reminder of your experience.
